| JDG has partnered with the Department of Labor (DOL) in an effort to maximize the potential of Kent and Sussex County residents selected to participate in the Non-Traditional program. The objective of this FREE opportunity is to enrich the employment and educational status of 16-21-year-olds by tailoring services to the needs of selected participants. At absolutely no cost, participants receive job placement assistance, job attainment and advancement skills, individual counseling and mentoring from a JDG Career Placement Advisor who provides school-to-work transition training. | ||
