JDG Retention Specialists meets with employers to identify job openings, work-based and cooperative work experiences, job shadowing opportunities and career exploration field trips. 

Eligibility for job placement opportunities is based on the student's career interest, motivation, maturity, grades, attendance, and personal/social needs. 

The Retention Specialists plan and coordinate the Annual Job Fair held at the DCA Career Development Conference in the Spring.
