CareerWise Program |
| Overview | ||
| The CareerWise Program offers youth 16 to 21 the opportunity for self improvement. Academic assessments, tutoring, and workforce training are provided. Supportive services and a reward system for achieving goals encourage success. Participants are encouraged by CareerWise Placement Advisors to stay in school or achieve a GED or other credential. In addition, participants are exposed to job readiness skills and assisted in their employment search once their educational goals have been met. NOTE: Due to funding limitations, this program is not taking new enrollments during the program year 2010-2011. | ||
